1.    Where can I find documentation for RDB Connect software?
Documentation is available from our website under the Support tab or at the following link http://www.dodbu.com/ProData/rdbdoc/RDB_Connect.pdf.
 
2.    What are the requirements to configure an RDB Connect connection?
Each database may have particular requirements that will need to be discussed with the Remote Database Administrator, we would recommend that you review the documentation and discuss these requirements with the Administrator prior to configuring the connection.
 
3.    Are there example programs included with the RDB Connect software?
Yes, they are located in the RDBSRC source file in the RDB Connect library.
 
4.    Can we test the software prior to purchasing?
Yes, RDB Connect comes with a free 30 day trial that can be extended if necessary.
 
5.    What can we do if we have problems connecting to the Remote Database?
